1. Scope of Services
RapidFix Trade Services provides trade-related maintenance, repair, installation, and related services as agreed in writing, usually by quote or work order.
2. Quotes and Acceptance
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work is only booked after customer acceptance of the quote and any required deposit.
3. Pricing and Variations
Quoted prices are based on the scope available at the time of quoting. If hidden conditions or requested changes alter the scope, we will provide a variation for approval before continuing.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe and reasonable site access, accurate project information, and timely decisions where approvals are required.
5. Scheduling and Delays
We aim to meet scheduled times, but delays may occur due to weather, supplier issues, safety risks, or events outside our control. We will communicate updates as soon as practical.
6. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of work. Late payments may incur reasonable recovery costs and any applicable fees allowed by law.
7. Warranty and Defects
We provide a workmanship warranty for a reasonable period after completion, subject to fair use and normal wear. Product warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to re-supplying services, repairing defective work, or refunding the relevant portion of fees paid.
9. Cancellations
Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations where possible. We reserve the right to charge for materials purchased or committed labor for late cancellations.
